Integrated WeChat customer service channel
Function Introduction
After integrating WeChat customer service into WildGoose customer service, customers' inquiries can be viewed and replied in the WildGoose customer service backend. Enable enterprises to manage and operate WeChat customer service in real-time on the same platform, achieving centralized operation of communication with multi-channel customers on the same platform. At the same time, WildGoose customer service also provides AI robots, automatic translation, quick replies, statistical analysis and other functions, which can help you improve marketing conversion rates, repurchase rates, customer satisfaction and reduce service costs.
Scan QR code access steps
1. Enter the WeChat customer service integration page
Log in to the WildGoose customer service Management Workbench, click on the "Authorize WeChat customer service" button in the "Channel integration" - "WeChat Customer Service" menu.

2. Scan QR code authorization
Enter the newly opened scanning page and use the WeChat customer service administrator account to scan the QR code to complete authorization.

3. Authorize WeChat customer service
After successfully scanning the code, you will be redirected to the WeChat enterprise authorization page and need to click the agree authorization button. At this point, you have successfully integrated WeChat customer service on WildGoose customer service.

Synchronize WeChat customer service account
After authorization is completed, WildGoose customer service will usually automatically create a new customer service account for you in the background. You can modify, use or delete the account according to your needs. When testing the chat, please enable the customer service account first, and then click the "Get Link" button to obtain the chat link/QR code of the WeChat customer service account. Use the personal WeChat app to scan the code and test as a visitor.
Enter Enterprise WeChat Management Backend. Click on "Application Management - WeChat Customer Service" to enter the WeChat Customer Service application details page, pull the page to the bottom, and click on "Authorize Third Party Application".


On the page of authorizing third-party applications, find WildGoose customer service and click "Edit" in the operation bar to select the corresponding customer service account for authorization.


After successful authorization, return to the WildGoose customer service backend and click the "Sync" button at the top of the customer service account list. The system will automatically pull the authorized WeChat customer service accounts.

Get WeChat customer service link
After creating/synchronizing a WeChat customer service account, click on the get link to obtain the customer service QR code and link. Visitors can communicate with you through this customer service QR code or link. You can view and reply to visitors' inquiries in real-time in the WildGoose customer service backend.

- WeChat customer service requires registration and activation through Enterprise WeChat. https://work.weixin.qq.com/kf
- If the enterprise has not verified and has not bound a video account, it can currently only receive 100 customer inquiries. After verifying and binding a video account, there are no restrictions.
- After each message sent by the customer, there is a limit of 5 consecutive replies from the customer service within 48 hours. Messages exceeding 5 will not be sent and can only be resent after the customer replies.
