Keyword reply
Function Introduction
After configuring keyword replies, they can be integrated into WildGoose Customer Service's AI robot. The AI robot can be bound to your various channels, and AI robot can use keywords to automatically reply to user questions when consulting with you, improving your business efficiency, service quality, and reducing operating costs.
Configure keyword reply
- When the user's question full matches or semi matches the keyword you configured, the configured content will be used to reply to the user. Full match: Keyword replies will only be triggered when the consultation content is exactly the same as the keyword. Semi match: When the consultation content contains the keywords configured, a keyword reply will be triggered.

- After creating a keyword reply, you can associate the category of the created keyword reply on the "AI Robot" page, and configure the keyword reply by binding the "AI Robot" to your various channels.
