Quick replies
- In the chat input box, enter # to bring up the quick reply, and the fuzzy search function is supported, which is convenient for the customer service to quickly select the reply statement.
- Quick replies include "Team Quick Replies" and "Individual Quick Replies". "Team Quick Replies" can define quick replies that are shared by the team, and "Personal Quick Revers" can add personal custom quick replies.
- Quick replies can reduce repetitive work and increase productivity.
- Quick replies can be set with a fixed reply statement, so that even new employees can reply to professional questions.

Enter the [Basic Settings] - [Team Quick Reply] page in the admin console, and you can add, modify, and delete the team's quick reply

Personal quick replies
Enter the [Settings] - [Quick Reply] page of the customer service workbench, you can add, modify, and delete personal quick replies and view the team's quick replies
