Integrate Telegram channels

Function Introduction

After integrating Telegram robots into WildGoose customer service, you can view and respond to inquiries from Telegram customers in real-time in WildGoose customer service backend. Enable enterprises to manage and operate Telegram robots in real-time through the same platform, and communicate with customers through multiple channels on the same platform. At the same time, it also provides functions such as automatic translation, quick replies, statistical analysis, etc., which can help you improve marketing conversion rate, repurchase rate, customer satisfaction, and reduce service costs.

Steps

1. Enter the "BotFather" page

After logging in to Telegram, search for "BotFather" and enter the conversation window, click "/start" to start the conversation

    

2. Get a Telegram bot token

(1) If you need to get a token for a new bot, click "/newbot" and enter your personal information as prompted to get the token of the bot

    

(2) If you need to get the token of an existing bot, click "/mybots" to get the list of existing bots, and click the bot that needs to manage the session to get the corresponding token

    

    

3. Integrate Telegram bots

Enter [Channel Integration] - [Telegram], click the [Add] button, paste the Telegram bot token that has been obtained, and click OK to successfully integrate it
