Function Introduction
After configuring the standard question reply, it can be integrated into the "AI Robot" of WildGoose Customer Service. The "AI Robot" can be bound to your various channels, and the AI Robot can use the standard question to automatically reply to users' questions when consulting with you, improving your business efficiency, service quality, and reducing operating costs.
Configure standard question reply
- The standard question reply function uses an AI language model to determine the semantic similarity between the user's question and the standard question you have configured. If the semantics are very similar, the content you have configured will be used to reply to the user.

- After creating a standard question reply, you can associate the category of the created standard question reply in the "AI Robot" page, and configure the standard question reply by binding the "AI Robot" to your various channels.

- When configuring standard question reply function, the team needs to have a knowledge base. If it has not been created, it needs to be created on the "Knowledge base" page.
