Function Introduction

After integrating WeCom into WildGoose customer service, enterprises can manage and operate enterprise WeChat in real-time on the same platform, achieving centralized operation of communication with multi-channel customers on the same platform. At the same time, WildGoose customer service also provides AI robots, automatic translation, quick replies, statistical analysis and other functions, which can help you improve marketing conversion rates, repurchase rates, customer satisfaction and reduce service costs.

Scan QR code access steps

1. Enter WeCom integration page

Log in to the WildGoose customer service Management Workbench, click on the "Scan Code to Access" button in the "Channel integration" - "WeCom" menu.

2. Scan QR code authorization

Scan the QR code for authorization using WeCom account. Then return to WildGoose customer service and click on the 'Completed Authorization' button under the QR code.

3. Complete the development of WeCom proxy application

When the WeCom development application is launched, the enterprise customer needs to cooperate in providing relevant information and authorization confirmation, such as the name, introduction, and icon information of the development application. WeCom customers need to contact the official customer service of WildGoose customer service to complete the development and application launch.

• WeCom channels are often used for internal service scenarios, facilitating services for internal employees, such as financial/human resources consulting services; Answers to internal workflow issues within the enterprise.
• After the integration of WeCom channels, it will appear as a third-party application in the "Workbench" menu of WeCom, and users can initiate problem inquiries through this entrance.
• The "self built application development" model does not require enterprise customers to create their own applications. After completing the information filling process, they need to contact customer service system staff for application development work and provide relevant information in cooperation.
