Install chat plugin to Shopify

Function Introduction

Installing WildGoose Live Chat in Shopify stores allows merchants to manage and respond to customer inquiries from various channels on the same platform. At the same time, it also provides functions such as automatic translation, quick replies, statistical analysis, etc., which can help you improve marketing conversion rate, repurchase rate, customer satisfaction, and reduce service costs.

Installation method

Method 1: Install through the ShopLine application

You can install the WildGoose chat plugin through Shopify's app store. The installation steps are as follows:

1. Open the WildGoose Live Chat application

Click on the link WildGoose Live Chat, and go to the WildGoose Live Chat installation page of the Shopify app store.

2. Install application

On the application installation page, click [Install] to navigate to the login and registration page of WildGoose customer service.


After logging into WildGoose customer service, select the chat plugin that needs to be installed to successfully install it.

Method 2: Install through JavaScript code

You can install WildGoose Support on your Shopify store by copying the JavaScript code. The installation steps are as follows:

1. Copy the installation code

Go to [Channel Integration] - [Website], select the plugin you need to install in the list, and click the [Copy] button in the column of [Installation Code] to copy the installation code. (If there is no integrated web support plugin in the list, please create one first)


2. Shopify stores install the web customer service plugin

(1) After logging in to Shopify, enter the [Online Store] - [Template] page in the admin console, and click the [...] - [Edit Code] button;


(2) On the code editing page, find the "theme.liquid" file under "Layout", find </body> tag at the end of the code input box, paste the copied code in front of the </body> tag, and click Save to install it successfully;
