Integration Steps

You can install WildGoose customer service on the website by copying the JavaScript code. The installation steps are as follows:

1. Copy the installation code

Go to [Channel Integration] - [Website], select the plugin you need to install in the list, and click the [Copy] button in the column of [Installation Code] to copy the installation code. (If there is no integrated web support plugin in the list, please create one first)


2. Install the web customer service plug-in on the independent website

  • If you are using a cloud service provider's website building platform and the platform provides "Custom code" related applications, you can install the application and paste the copied code in the code content box. After saving, you can successfully install it. Similar operations are as follows:
  • If you are using a self built website or a website building platform that does not provide "Custom code" related applications, please enter the code management backend and find the file containing the </body> tag (usually index.xml, please consult the site's developers for details). After opening the file, paste the copied code in front of the </body> tag, save the file, and the installation is successful.
