1. Enter the "Custom script" page of Shopyy

After entering your Shopyy store, click on "Settings" - "System" in the left navigation bar, and then click on the "Custom script" on the right page to enter.


2. Copy the code to install the chat plugin

(1) Go to [Channel Integration] - [Website], select the chat plugin you need to install from the list, click the [Copy] button in the [Installation Code] column, and copy the installation code. (If there is no integrated chat plugin in the list, please create it first)


(2) On the "Custom script" page, click the "Add custom scripts" button in the upper right corner, paste the copied code in the script content box, and select the page where the chat plugin needs to be displayed. Enter any script name and click "Save" to successfully install it.
