Invite colleagues
If you'd like to invite more colleagues to join your team, follow the instructions below:
Click the [Add] button on the [Team Management]-[Team members] interface to add team members, and you can add team members through "Email" or "Account".
Add colleagues by Mailbox
Click [Email Add] to add an employee
- After entering the email information, click the Check button to check whether the email address already exists
- The system supports adding a new email address or an existing email address as a team member, and if you add a new email address, the account and password information will be sent to the email address

Add colleagues by Account
Click [Account Add] to add an employee
- After entering the account information, click the [Check] button to check whether the account already exists
- If you are adding a new account, you need to copy the account password and send it to the new employee
